Last Book Shelf provides a curated reading canon, personal shelf tracking, reading statistics, and community features. Some features require a Pro subscription.
Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
On the web, subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel from Settings.
Book metadata, descriptions, and cover images are sourced from public databases. User-generated content (shelf selections, journal entries, votes) remains yours.
Some features let readers see each other — reading pairs and circles, shared notes, public shelves, display names. When you post anything another person can read, you agree not to include content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable, and not to impersonate others or post anyone's private information. There is no tolerance for abusive content or abusive users.
You can report objectionable content or block a reader from the relevant screen, or email support@thelastbookshelf.com. We review reports and may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, typically within 24 hours of a report.
The service is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service.
